On the application of the fractal space-time approach to dissipative chaos

The fractal space-time approach is generalized to dissipative chaos. Numerical solutions of the resulting equation have shown discontinuous changes in the physical velocity which is the real part of the equation. These changes can then be identified with earthquakes.
