Abstract
A new definition of quantum entropy based on the notion of coherent states is introduced. Two methods of calculating coherent states entropy are presented. One of them utilises the theory of iterated function systems. The coherent states entropy is computed as the integral of the Boltzmann-Shannon entropy over a fractal set.
