Front-end system for modeling modern

This article reviews the development of a front-end system for quickly and easily creating simulations of modern apparel manufacturing systems. The system assists a modeler in defining the manufacturing process and then automatically generates and executes a WITNESS model. A sample system is used to present the details of model creation and evaluation. The article concludes with a brief review of three industrial implementations that benefitted from the front-end system.
