A business case tool for the strategic justification of enterprise technologies

This paper describes a strategic justification methodology which considers long term strategic costs and benefits in addition to more standard financial considerations. The paper describes the methodology and its deployment tools, specifically the software support system which was developed to aid companies in completing the justification.
