Abstract :
The knowledge gap between the information rich and the information poor workers in a high tech industry generates economic gap, job gap, social and cultural gap and value gap. One way of bridging these gaps is by developing - the retraining program - making it accessible to all workers, and thus retaining them. The present paper proposes a system in groups of 4 to 6 workers in a family of mutual job interests and career goals.
