Implementing world-class standards in R&D for the European aerospace industry

The overall objective of the presented work is to improve the capability of the European Aerospace Industry (EAI) to produce single products in a multi-site, multi-national environment with the help of documented world-class standards in the area of Human Resource Management, Process Management and Information and Communication Technologies.
