Abstract :
We considerawidespreadbranch-and-priceapproachtosolvethemultipledepotvehiclescheduling
problem withtimewindows.Wedescribeadynamictimewindowreductiontechniquetospeedupthis
approach. Thetimewindowsaretransferredfromnodestoarcsinordertotakeadvantageofdualinfor-
mation andtotightenasmuchaspossiblethetimevariabledomains.Theperformanceoftheproposed
technique isevaluatedthroughcomputationalexperimentsonrandomlygeneratedinstancesinvolving
several depotsandupto900tasks.
