measuresofthesystemarederived.Presentednumericalexamplesillustrateapoorqualityofthe
approximationofthemainperformancemeasuresofthesystembymeansofthesimplerqueueing
models. Aneffectofsmoothingthetrafficandanimpactofintensityofretrialsareshown.
