In this paper, we show the existence of solutions of the operator equation ygyAxqTx for ygP, where T is a 1-set-contraction operator in P and A is an accretive operator in P satisfying R IqlA.sP for all l )0. Further, a sufficient condition for R IqlA.sP is also given
