Stability with Respect to the Delay: On a Paper of K. L. Cooke and P. van den Driessche

A proposal for the correction of the main result of the title’s paper is made. Some accompanying comments on other points are given. So, a simpler central result is derived. An explicit representation of the set of stable delays is achieved.
