Abstract
The aim of the present paper is to obtain common fixed point theorems under
strict contractive conditions by using a minimal commutativity condition. Our
results extend the recent results due to Pant w1998, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 226,
251]258; 1999, Soochow J. Math. 25, 37]42x
