Abstract :
In a previous paper by the authorŽMath. Comput. Modelling 32Ž2000., 507 527, Linear Hamiltonian systems on time scales. Positivity of quadratic functionals. a unified theory for continuousŽ .and discreteŽ .linear Hamiltonian systems on an arbitrary time scale is developed. In particular, it is stated that disconjugacy of the Hamiltonian system is a sufficient condition for positivity of the correspondingŽhomogeneous.quadratic functional. In this paper we present a similar condition for quadratic functionals on time scales with general Žinhomoge- neous. boundary conditions
