Rate of Convergence for the Modified Sz´asz]Mirakyan Operators on Functions of Bounded Variation

In this paper we obtain an estimate of the rate of convergence of modified Sz´asz]Mirakyan operators on functions of bounded variation. Our result essen- tially improves the results due to A.
