On Generalized Linear Regular Delay Systems

In this paper we study generalized linear regular delay systems. Such a system is reduced to a suitable homogeneous one. Using the Weierstrass canonical form, the latter is decomposed in two subsystems, whose solutions are obtained. Moreover, the form of the initial function is given, so that the corresponding initial value problem is uniquely solvable
