On Generalized Linear Singular Delay Systems

In this paper we study generalized linear singular delay systems. Such a system is reduced to a suitable homogeneous one. Using the Kronecker canonical form, the latter is decomposed into five subsystems, whose solutions are obtained. Moreover, the form of the initial function is given, so that the corresponding initial value problem is considered
