Variational calculus on q-nonuniform lattices

We introduce the variational calculus on q-nonuniform lattices. In particular, we discuss the basic concepts such as the Euler–Lagrange equation and its applications to the isoperimetric, the Lagrange and the optimal control problems on q-nonuniform lattices.  2005 Elsevier Inc.
