The Hausdorff dimension of a class of recurrent sets ✩

In this paper we obtain a lower bound for the Hausdorff dimension of recurrent sets and, in a general setting, we show that a conjecture of Dekking [F.M. Dekking, Recurrent sets: A fractal formalism, Report 82-32, Technische Hogeschool, Delft, 1982] holds. © 2005 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved
