Connections Between Some Banach Space Coefficients Concerning Normal Structure

In this paper we study the relationship between the coefficient γ(X) = sup{β(A)/α(A) : A is a bounded and nonprecompact subset of X}, where α and β are, respectively the set and the ball measure of noncompactness, and some constants related with the normal structure of a Banach space X defined by several authors.
