Generalized Bessel Functions of the Anger Type and Applications to Physical Problems

In this paper we introduce generalized Bessel functions of the Anger type (GAF) and discuss their properties and applications in the field of synchrotron radiation. We also present a numerical analysis and give results for some cases of specific interest. We finally study the properties of generalized Weber functions and their link to multivariable GAFs.
