Asymptotic Behavior of Solutions of Neutral Differential Equations with Positive and Negative Coefficients

In this paper we obtain sufficient conditions under which every solution of the neutral differential equation with positive and negative coefficients [x(t) − C(t)x(t − r)]′ + P(t)x(t − τ) − Q(t)x(t − σ) = 0. t ≥ t0, tends to a constant as t → ∞.
