Abstract
ABSTRACT:This study was conducted to evaluate jasmonic acid and coumarineffects on two potato mini-tubers cultivars morphological attributes in the Villkage greenhouse in 2012 in Ardabil. Experimental design was factorial based on completely randomized design with three replicates. Factor A included two potato mini-tubers cultivars (Agria and Savalan). Factor B included three concentrations of jasmonic acid (0, 1 and 2 Mmol) and factor C was four concentrations of coumarin (0, 5, 10 and 15mg/L) that prepared by volume-weight formula. Results showed that Jasmine acid and coumarinconcentration raising had significant effects on the evaluated attributes and Savalan cultivar had the most reaction to jasmonic acid and coumarin concentration increasing in compare to the Agria cultivar. The results indicated the materials interaction had non-significant effects on some studied attributes. So, should have attention for choosing the attributes under jasmonic acid and coumarin interaction.
