Abstract :
One of the main aspects of developing human resources is noticing to peopleʹs emotional needs. Today in management research topics, EQ has been recognized and introduced as a significant factor which affects issues such as occupational performance, creativity, professional commitment, and etc. due to this fact, promoting employeesʹ EQ level as one of the instruments for organizational development can fill some parts of their emotional emptiness and also provide more qualitative services and improve the performance. Therefore, the present study aims to provide a model based the relationship between EQ effective on sale power (force) in order to identify EQ factors which are effective on performance and pave the way for it.
