Abstract
Inthereport,theinfluenceofhydrodynamicsoftheloopwithheavyliquidmetalcoolants(PbandPb–Bi)ontherealizationmethodsandefficiencyofthecoolanttechnologyforthereactorinstallationsofloop,improvedloopandmono-blocktypeofdesignhasbeenstudied.Thelasttwotypesofinstallations,asarule,arecharacterizedbythefollowingfeatures:availabilityofloopsectionswithlowhydraulicheadandlowcoolantvelocities,largesquaresofcoolantfreesurfaces;absenceofstopandregulatingvalve,auxiliarypumpsonthecoolantpumping-overlines.Becauseofthedifferenthydrodynamicconditionsintheinstallationtypes,thetasksofthecoolanttechnologyhavespecificsolutions.
Thedescriptionofthefollowingproceduresofcoolanttechnologyisgiveninthereport:purificationbyhydrogen(purificationusinggasmixturecontaininghydrogen),regulationofdissolvedoxygenconcentrationincoolant,coolantfiltrating,controlofdissolvedoxygenconcentrationincoolant.
Itisshownthatchangeoftheloopdesignmadewitheconomicpurposeandforimprovementoftheinstallationsafetycauseadditionalrequirementstotheproceduresandapparatusesofthecoolanttechnologyrealization.
