Investigation of the factors influencing active participation factors of balance livestock and rangeland project in Ilam province

ABSTRACT: Despite the very high importance of rangeland in Iran, every year adds the severity of their damages. Among the factors influencing the rangelands demolition in Iran, the excess capacity of livestock of rangelands and owner human population ranges in excess capacity of rangelands have received more attention. The national project to balance livestock and rangeland with reliance on all the factors influencing policy, planning, implementation and monitoring and evaluation is a decision to eliminate the mentioned destructive factors. Executors and operators will form the core activities and predicted programs in the project. Visual recognition and investigation of this person participation to perform the project during the recent years will pave the way for the other executorʹs participation. The present study with recognizing this need was performed in 2011, and it is descriptive-correlational research. Statistical societies of this research were the project executors of livestock and rangeland balance (N: 120) in 2011. Which among this community the number of 120 people were the selected with using census. Measuring instrument was a questionnaire that its validity was confirmed by expert professors and its reliability was approved after a pre-tested and calculation of Cranachʹs alpha coefficient (alpha=93%). The results of the data analysis show that there is a positive and significant relationship between variables and between executors participation and educational media (radio, TV, Promotional pamphlets and publication) and education and the number of executors livestock also, gender and partnership in rangeland was impressive on the executorʹs participations.
