Abstract :
ABSTRACT:Leadership is considered as one of the major and influencing factorof organization that has been extensively researched. Therate of organization success in achieving predetermined goals, the employees working for organization success and effective leadership on the employee dependent on leadership behaviors and style.Theoristshave suggested many leadership styles, that in this article the influence of two leadership styles transformational and transactional on organizational entrepreneurship has been studied. To achieve this goal, the main hypothesis as the existence of a significant relationship between leadership style and organizational entrepreneurship was defined based on the conceptual model. Thenthis hypothesis by sampling and data collection of population were analyzed by Pearson correlation test. The results of this study was conducted in Anzali customs office showed that between leadership styles (transformational and transactional) and the dimensions of it withorganization entrepreneurship, there is a significant and positive relationship.
