Abstract :
ABSTRACT:In the knowledge-based economy,survivalanddecay of the products and organizations is based on knowledge and information. The most successful organizations are using the formal process of intangible assets to create and enhance the organizational value.The successof an organizationdepends on theabilityof itsmanagement anduse ofscarceresources. Therefore, this study conducted mainly to investigate the effect of market information awareness on attraction of new investments ofindustrial cities company at Kermanshah Province. The statistical population of this study consisted of 100 managers and marketersof industrial cities companyat Kermanshah province with more than ten formalemployeesworking for at leasttwo yearsincluding the current year. 80 persons of them were selected by simple random sampling. The main instrument in this study was questionnaire which its validity was confirmed by the panel of management experts and its reliability was established by Cronbachʹs Alpha coefficient (? > 0.70).Data was analyzed by SPSSWin20 and AMOS softwarein two parts of descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of the study showed that the acquisition and use of information, interaction with customers using the formal processes led to better corporate performance and investment attraction. Therefore, it is necessary to strengththe business processes, use of information and interaction with the client to develop the investment performance in the studied companies.
