Abstract
ABSTRACT: Low temperature is one of the most important abiotic factors limiting growth, development, and productivity. Plyamines, are small aliphatic low molecular weight polycationic nitrogenous compounds that are important modulators of biological processes such as plant growth, development and senescence and also involved in plant responses to environmental stress. This study the putrescine application from root nutrient or sprayed on leaves weas investigated in dragonhead under low temperature. The antioxidative properties such as anthocycnin, flavonoids, phenolic compounds and POD enzyme activity represent putrescine application from root is effective and improved antioxidative properties more than sprayed mood.
