Abstract :
ABSTRACT: In order to examine of the genetic diversity of 38 accessions belonged to 8 species of Cicer, polymorphisms at DNA level were studied using seven URP markers. Using these primers 99 gen site was scored. Totally, 999 bonds were observed using primers that inclusion of bonds was 500 bs to 2000bs, URP13R and URP17R had the lowest number of bonds with 21 bonds the highest amount of PIC related to URP13R and the lowest related to URP1F and URP2F. Analysis of the molecule variance between species showed that diversity between species is lower than within species diversity between species is 31% and within species is 69%. The highest amount of Shannonʹs information index (I) related to C.cuneatum and the lowest related to C.arientinum indicating that diversity in C.cuneatum is more than other species. Achieved results of Neiʹs gene diversity (He) were in agreement with results of Shannon data indicator, so that Maximum amount of gen diversity related to C.cuneatum and Minimum related to C.arientinum. The highest number of the bond and percentage of multi shape between species related to C.judaicum and the lowest related to C.arientinum. Considering to similarity matrix, the highest similarity was between C.reticulatum with C.arientinum and the lowest similarity between species related to C.reticulatum with C.bijugum. Finally cluster analysis was performed for studying population that populations were classified to 5 groups and results were similar to results of analysis to main axis.
