Abstract :
ABSTRACT: In order to study the genetic diversity of 8 species of genus cicer, above research was conducted using 7 primer ISSR molecular markers. Most primer UBC828 and primer UBC812 showed the lowest bond. PIC primers UBC878 and UBC816 corresponding to the highest and lowest was about UBC812 primers. Analysis of molecular variance among the species studied showed that 49% of variation among species and within species is 51% indicating that those species are discussed in terms of germplasm difference together. Also based on indicators of Na, Ne, He, I, Multiply the number and percentage of polymorphic sites, the C.judaicum highest rate in Parameters was measured and the lowest was C.bijugum. Given these results can be stated that the greatest variation among populations of species C.judaicum and species C.bijugum is the minimum amount of similarly matrix showed the highest similarity among these species, C.judaicum toC.cureatum and the lowest similarity between species related to c.yamashitae with c.pinnatifidum. Populations studied in the cluster analysis were performed for the total populations were placed in 5 groups.
