Abstract :
ABSTRACT :Inrecentliterature, the generalattitudeof organizational commitment is an important factorforunderstandingorganizational behavioranda good predictorforwillingnesstoremaining injob.Commitment andadherence such asjob satisfactionare two attitudesclose togetherthat influence on significant behaviors such as mobility and the absence.Commitment and adherence can also have many positive outcomes. Employees, whoarecommitted, have amoredisciplineintheir work stay and work more for the organization.Managers need to maintain employee commitment to the organization and must be able to use employee participation in decision-making and provide an acceptable level of job security for their commitment to do more.Thoughtmanagementis acentral themeinmanagement literature.This ideaisone of thefundamental values whichtheorganizationis basedon it and thestaff will be assessed on commitment criteria.Because of the importance of employee engagement and its impact on performance,Reduced absenteeism and staff turnover, this study analyzes the relationship between preservation andmaintenance of human resources and organizational commitment, Meyer and Allenʹs three-level model based on the commitment weʹve made this way we can to improve organizational commitment and organization topreserve this precious resource. Becauseoftheimprovementinhismotivationandretentionofthemotivationalforces, job satisfaction, performance, turnover andlessabsenteeismandgreatercommitmentisthestock.Thisresearchisadescriptivestudyandthe data collection methodinthis studyis thelibraryinventory.A surveyof10,514people, including 320employees andspecializes inthe researchsampleConsultingand contractingcompanycontracts withoilcompaniesin the countryisthat36% ofthemarefemale and 64% maleand based ona three-class educationdegree(5/17%), MA(7/31%), and graduateand above(8/50%) are divided.Fordataanalysis, it is used descriptive statisticsand Pearson correlation coefficientof theindexused.
