The effectiveness of aggression management on skill of self-regulation and impulsiveness in mothers having boys in pointer section schools of babol

ABSTRACT: research was done to asses anger management teaching program efficacy on anger self-regulatory skill and impulsivity in mothers having boys in pointer section schools in babol.This research has a pre-post design,that was done on mothers having boys in elementary schools in Rasht.Sampling(n=30) was done by multi –stage method (proportional stratified &simple random)from subjects with total anger and impulsivity score higher than group mean score that divided in control (n=15) and experimental (n=15) groups .The later group attended at anger management teaching program . Data collection tool was 3-part questionnaire including 1) demographic data 2) anger self – regulatory skills scale (STAXI-2) and 3) barrat impulsivity scale , that were completed by self – reporting method, at pre and post intervention and analyzed by descriptive and inferential (MANCOVA) According to these results , anger management teaching plan can be as proper approach to improve anger self –regulatory skills.
