Analysis of mortar-type image element and multigrid methods for the incompressible Stokes problem Original Research Article

In this paper, a mortar-type View the MathML sourceQ1rot/Q0 element method is proposed for the incompressible Stokes problem, and the optimal error estimate is obtained. Meanwhile, a WW-cycle multigrid method is given for solving the discrete problem, and the optimal convergence of the multigrid method is proved. Finally, numerical experiments are presented to confirm our theoretical results.
