Success Factors for Efficient Branches and Providing a Model for Other Branches (Case Study: Refah Bank Branches in Tehran)

ABSTRACT: This study examines success factors in efficient branches and provides a model for other branches (a case study of Tehranʹs Refah bank branches). The components of the Bankʹs efficient performance includespeeding up banking operations, diversification of banking operations, reduced costs, facilitating banking operations and customer satisfaction. Research type is descriptive correlation. The Statistical Society of research is consisted of administrators and deputies in the North West of Tehranʹs Refah bank branches. Research tool is questionnaire. Data analysis was done using SPSS software. the results showed that there is significant relationship between efficient banking performance and efficient banking and for banking performance by component accelerate the banking operations, diversify banking operations, reducing costs, facilitating banking operations and increasing customer satisfaction
