Abstract :
ABSTRACT: The main objective of the present study is to investigate the relationship between knowledge management and innovation of employees in water and wastewater company of Golestan Province. This is applied research, and the methods for data collection are descriptive and correlational that has been done in 1,391. The approach to this research was field studies and data collection tool was questionnaire. In this research to measure creativity of employees, the rendsip questionnaire was used and to assess knowledge management staff.which includes the knowledge management processes, Refining, Organization, Distribution and application of knowledge have been used.Total statistical population are 400 persons and the sample size are 196 persons. Analysis was used software SPSS Tests and the Kolmogorov - Smirnov test, chi-square, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis. Study consists of five sub-hypothesis and a hypothesis. Results of the original hypothetical test was showed that original study showed in the wastewater company in Golestan province, between knowledge management and employee creativity there is a significant positive relationship. Also, the results of sub-hypothesis showed that between the components of knowledge management (harvest, Refining, Organization, Distribution And Application ofknowledge) and employeesʹ creativity there is a significant positive relationship
