Abstract :
The purpose of this study is evaluating the relationship between the use of modern technology and time, and time, cost and quality of decision making. The current study in terms of classification based on the research goals is a kind of applied research, and in terms required data collecting is considered as the survey research. Data collecting tool is a questionnaire consisting of 35 questions based on Likert Scale. The overall scale reliability coefficient was calculated as 0.798, indicating a high reliability of data collection instruments. The population used in this study are all company that work in excavation projects that located in Tehran. The required sample size was calculated 70 persons. Results of data analysis showed that the implementation of new technologies on the time management of excavation projects, cost management of excavation project and quality management of excavation project is effective.
