The Echinoderms Fauna in Intertidal zone of Southern Oli village coast (Boushehr, Persian Gulf)

This investigation carried out during early of 2012 on Echinoderms Fauna in Intertidal zone of Southern Oli village coast. For doing this investigation, sampling was done within two transects. The specimens were collected then transferred to laboratory in order to identify according to valid literatures. Then distribution of species was compared in different coastal area. Based on results, 5 species were identified. Sea cucumbers and both sea urchins brittle stars were dominant in supralittoral, eulittoral and sublittoral, respectively. Most proportion of Echinoderms population is allocated to Echinoidea, Echinometra mathaei.
