Abstract :
ABSTRACT: Greenleaf roller mothTortrixviridana L. is one of the most important pest of oak trees. Which increases in forest area Iran every year. The purpose of this research is evaluate efficiency of Bacillus thuringiensis Berliner on its larvae. It was also aimed to study the effect of oak resistant varieties in integration with B.thuringiensis and their interaction on T.viridana. This project was conducted under laboratory conditions with 25-28ْ c and relative humidity of 55-65% in fars province of Iran. The result regarding the effect of Bacillus thuringiensis on Tortrixviridana larvae indicate that 3rd& 4thinstars are more sensitive to the bacillus than 5th instars. The mortality rate of Larvae is higher on Q. persica than other oak varieties and also Bacillus 1000 ppm caused Lowest mortality in T.viridanalarvae.The results of this research suggested that the 4000 & 5000 ppmof Bacillus may be appropriate for practicalapplication in oak forests.
