Abstract :
ABSTRACT:An important area of research in nanotechnology is the synthesis of nanoparticles, there is a growing need to develop environmentally benign nanoparticle synthesis processes that do not use toxicchemicals in the synthesis protocol.Green synthesis of nanoparticles has received considerable attention due to the growing need to develop environmentally benign technologies in material synthesis. In this paper the green synthesis of silver nanoparticles w as investigated by using Lens culinaris seed exudate and the silver nanoparticles were characterized by UV-vis, XRD and TEM analysis. Ultraviolet visible (UV-vis) scanning spectrophotoscopy was used to detecting the distinct absorption spectrum of silver nanoparticles and according to the resultsXRD spectrum of seed exudate reduced silver nanoparticle, the effect of silver nitrate concentrations were significant on amount of silver nanoparticles absorbance andnanoparticlesynthesisrelativemonodisperse, spherical with an averagesize of13nmin Lens culinaris seed exudate. Ag nanoparticles prepared in this process are quiet stable and remain intact for nearly two months.
