Abstract :
ABSTRACT: In order to examine of the genetic diversity of 4 population of the local pea of the west of Iran, above research was performed using 7 primer of ISSR molecule marker. Using this primer, 32 bonds were scored, primer 807 showed the highest number of band and primers 878, showed the lowest number. Average of PIC in the using primers was 0.35 that the highest amount of PIC related to 878 and 874 and the lowest related to primer 812. Considering to analysis of the molecular variance between studying population, there was meaningful difference in the 5% level that the highest amount of the diversity related to within population. Marivan population had the highest number of Allele (Na) and Qorve population showed the lowest of Sanandaj population had the highest amount of the effective Allele number (Ne) and Qorve population had the lowest amount of the effective Allele number. Maximum amount of Shannonʹs information index (I) and Neiʹs gene diversity (He) related to Marivan and minimum amount related to Qorve population indicating that the highest diversity exists in the Marivan region and the lowest related to Qorve population. Maximum number of the band and percentage of multi shape between studying population related to Marivan and the minimum of it related to Qorve. Maximum similarity exists between Sanandaj with Marivan population and Minimum relate to Kurdistan and Qorve. Cluster analysis classified studying cases to 3 groups that results of it, indicating that there isn’t any agreement between genetic diversity and geographical diffusion and results of the main axis analysis confirmed these results.
