After that, we introduce Farab Company along with both its under-constructing and its completed Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) projects. The reasons its project type has changed from EPC to investment projects are listed/discussed; plus, its current Build Operate Transfer (BOT) projects is introduced. To understand the company’s execution process of investment project, its organizational structure and parties are scrutinized. Finally, the stages in the execution of investment projects as well as the role of subsidiary companies of Farab in each stage, from beginning to end, are detailed.
