Abstract :
The present aimed to assess the relationship between positive perfectionism, hope and mental skills with athletic success motivation in (individual and team) sports. The participants of the study consisted of 200 male athletes who were selected randomly. The subjects were asked to complete perfectionism, hope, mental skills and athletic success motivation questionnaires. Data were analyzed via calculating Pearson Product Coefficient of correlation. Correlation coefficient showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between mental skills, positive perfectionism, and hope with athletic success motivation
