Abstract :
Justice has already attracted a great deal of attention in the literature as an important structure and research area in the organizational behavior. According to Scarliki and Latam, those directors and supervisors taught the principles of organizational justice are considered more fair and honest people by their subordinates and this evaluation has caused that these subordinates direct more organizational citizenship behavior towards their workplaces and colleagues. Greenberg believes that employees susceptible to the negative impact of inequality will response with negative reactions including refusal of attempting, tardiness and resigning from job. This study, based on descriptive and co relational research, is willing to find Relationship between organizational justice with organizational citizenship behavior and tend to leave jobs of mellat bank employees in Golestan Province. Subjects including 214 employees working in mellat bank of Golestan Province. The results obtained are the same as follows: There are no significant relationships between organizational justices with altruism, courtesy, civic virtue and age, gender, education. So, there are significant relationship between organizational justice with and organizational factors of tend to leave jobs, conscientiousness, sportsmanship.
