Variations on a theme of Kuratowski Original Research Article

Kuratowskiʹs Theorem characterizes planar graphs in terms of two excluded subgraphs. In this paper we survey variations of Kuratowskiʹs Theorem. We examine both finite and infinite graphs, surfaces and pseudosurfaces, and generalizations of outer-planarity.
