Abstract :
X-Ray diffraction and high resolution 1H and 13C NMR spectral data for methyl 2,3,4,-tri-O-acetyl-α-d-glucopyranuronate and methyl (allyl 2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl-β-d-glucopyranosid)uronate are presented. Both compounds adopt the 4C1 conformation.
