Abstract
The following structure of the O-polysaccharide (O-antigen) of the lipopolysaccharide of Proteus mirabilis O-9 was determined by NMR spectroscopy, including 2D 1H,1H COSY, TOCSY, ROESY, and 1H,13C HMQC experiments, along with chemical methods:
