Abstract :
We report here the synthesis of three chacotriose analogues, namely β-l-fucopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-[β-l-fucopyranosyl-(1 → 4)]-d-glucopyranose, β-l-fucopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-[β-l-fucopyranosyl-(1 → 4)]-d-galactopyranose, and α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-[α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 4)]-α-d-galactopyranose.
