Abstract :
The complete 1H and 13C NMR characterization of the tetrasaccharide repeating unit from the K2 polysaccharide of Klebsiella pneumoniae strain 52145 is reported. In addition a model for its secondary structure was suggested on the basis of dynamic and molecular calculations.
