Research on Chinese Digital Television service information

This paper introduces a study on the Chinese DTV service information. Especially the modifications and improvements based on the reference standards, such as the selection of character coding for Chinese DTV service information, the introduction of the advertising descriptor into the event information table and the improved method for describing the NVOD service, etc., are presented.
