Abstract :
Polypyrrole (PPy) as the material filled in micropores of titanium dioxide (TiO2) was prepared by the electrochemical method. We report morphologies of PPy films with different thicknesses on the microporous films of TiO2 and the influence of the thickness of PPy films on the characteristics of TiO2/PPy diodes. Evidence indicates that a suitable thickness for PPy films is of great importance in enhancing the rectifying ratio (RR) of TiO2/PPy diode.
