The peculiarity of ultra cold neutrons scattering on the superlattice of non-equilibrium magnetization in ferromagnetic semiconductors

The ultra cold neutrons reflection coefficient on the outer surface of the ferromagnetic semiconductor FMSC.with a superlattice of non-equilibrium magnetization, produced by coherent light beams CLB., was calculated. The possibility to control the scattering of ultra cold neutrons by non-equilibrium magnetization superlattice is discussed. q2000 Published by Elsevier Science B.V.
